Let the Stage Club of Singapore transport you to the world of the Arabian Nights to meet Ali Baba and a host of magical characters including Humphrey, the three-humped camel, and Woody the donkey. Ali Baba and the 40 Thieves is a traditional Christmas pantomime for children of all ages, with lots of fun for all the family. When our hero, Ali Baba, finds a cave full of treasure he thinks he’s going to be rich. Unfortunately, the cave belongs to Mustafa Wee, the evil, notorious (and not very bright) robber, who along with his Forty Thieves, sets off to find out who has stolen his gold.
Can Morgania, Ali Baba’s smart and beautiful slave girl, save the day? Will nosey old Fatima (Auntie Fatty), find out about the treasure? Cheer the heroes, boo the bad guys, chuckle at the jokes and sing along with the songs as you follow the hilarious attempts of Mustafa to get back his ill-gotten gains. Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves promises more fun and surprises than a Persian Bazaar.
